Spirit of Life Property Update
The Spirit of Life property has been updated to provide a more comfortable and welcoming space for our minister,
including new heating and air conditioning, refreshed living spaces, updated flooring, and other improvements.
The next priority is replacing the property’s aging windows, some of which are no longer energy efficient.
New windows will help keep the home warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.
Each window will cost approximately $700–$800, and we have already raised $3,290 through the Live Auction!
Help us continue this important project and invest in the future of our Prairie community.

Bridge House Ready to Work
Volunteers Needed
Since the first of the year, Jenny S. has revived Prairie’s connection to volunteering at Bridge House Ready to Work. Once a month, she takes 5 dozen cupcakes to the birthday party for residents who are celebrating that month. Sometimes Shirley, Jenny R. and granddaughter, Molly, have helped but more volunteers are needed, especially since Molly returns to college this week.
The cupcakes need to be delivered to Bridge House on the third Thursday of each month before the afternoon party.
Please contact Jenny S. to volunteer dozen or more cupcakes. Thank you!

If any of you are considering buying or selling a home, or know someone who is, I’m offering to donate half my net commission from any transaction originating from a Prairie member. The funds will be donated directly to Prairie in your name. As you know, home prices have doubled in recent years (along with real estate commissions), so I’m happy to make this offer on an ongoing basis. I’ve worked as a Denver realtor for 15 years and have been in the top 5-10% of HomeSmart agents over the past 3 years. I’d be honored to assist with any buy or sell transaction in the metro area. I also offer free advice or guidance on anything real estate related, so please reach out anytime if I can help.
Please email Joanna to learn more!
