Reverend Chip Roush (they, he) has been a UU minister for 20 years, serving several congregations in the midwest, and occasionally popping up in Colorado. Raised in a variety of Protestant traditions, he abandoned organized religion in his twenties, then found Unitarian Universalism in his thirties. He met and married his wife at the First UU Church in Columbus, Ohio. With her encouragement, he left his job as a database administrator in the cellular phone industry and entered Meadville Lombard Theological School. He co-edited “The Arc of the Universe is Long” with Leslie Takahashi and Leon Spencer, and has chaired the General Assembly Planning Committee twice. Chip loves board games and enjoys virtually all kinds of music. He and Becky share space with a Standard Poodle, Phoebe, and a cat, Bella.

Reverend Chip began his ministry at Prairie UU in August, 2024. He can be reached at [email protected].
