My husband and I joined All Souls UU in Tulsa, OK in 1970. We have been mostly UU’s ever since, but some places we have lived did not have UU churches anywhere nearby. I was the pianist for 5 years for an Episcopal Church when we lived in the mountains. We have been members of Prairie for 20 years. Our granddaughters have grown up benefitting from Prairie programs — Camp, Youth Choir, OWL. I am a Social Worker and retired as Director of a Child Welfare Program at Lutheran Social Service in Wichita, KS. At Prairie, I have been active in a lot of different areas over the 20 years, and most enjoyed music programs, substituting as accompanist (once for a full year), leading a Youth Choir for several years, and having fun with the Auction Committee.
